They are all made with a lot of love and a full spoon of magic.
Analoge Collages and Golden Portraits are all handmade and can have little imperfections.
Please love them for that, that is what makes them beautiful.

Product

I have made every effort to display as accurantely as possible the colors and images of my products.
Please note that colors can be a little bit different because of the light,in which the photo has been taken and because of the colors of a monitor can vary by screen.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped between 3 working days.

Return Policy

Any item that is been used or damaged can not been exchanged or returned.
Items that have not been used can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery in the original condition and proper packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.If the item is not received in the original condition the buyer is responsible for anyloss in value.
After the item(s) have been received in the original condition, I will issue a refund.
Please be aware that custom made items can not be returned.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes for their purchases.
I am not responsible for any delays from customs.
If a package come back to me due to an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibilaty to pay for postage again.

Care

Keep in mind that outside influences can make changes to the colors or structure of an artwork
For example think of the influences of sunlight, heat, cleaning agent, sweat, water etc.

Shipping damages

In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Send me pictures of the package with photos of the damaged item, the package (front, back and inside) and all of the contents of the package.
Once I receive this I will file an insurance claim and work with you to get a refund promptly.
